1. Not medical advice
Modarebek and its trainers do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nutrition plans are general guidance and are not a clinical diet.
2. See a doctor first
Talk to a doctor before you start if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, chest pain, dizziness, a recent injury or surgery, or a chronic illness, if you are pregnant, or if you answer "yes" to any question in the health questionnaire. The app may ask you to get medical clearance before you book.
3. Accurate information
You confirm that your questionnaire answers, injuries, conditions and medications are accurate and complete, and that you will update them when anything changes. Your trainer relies on them to plan safe training.
4. Stop if you feel unwell
Stop exercising right away and get medical help if you feel pain, faintness, shortness of breath or any other warning sign. Modarebek is not an emergency service: in an emergency, call 997 (Saudi Red Crescent) or 911.
5. Risks of training
Physical training, and especially combat sports (Muay Thai, boxing, MMA, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and wrestling), carries a risk of injury. You take part voluntarily and follow your trainer’s safety instructions.
6. InBody estimates
Body-composition values read from InBody reports are estimates and may contain reading errors. They are shown for you to review before they are saved.
7. Consent to process health data
You explicitly consent to Modarebek storing your health information, encrypted, and showing it to trainers you have a subscription with. You can delete it at any time; the Privacy Policy explains how.
